Returns Policy

This policy relates to physical products purchased from our website (hosted at bcs-automotive.co.uk) and is not related to any services provided by Brake Caliper Specialists.

All purchases can be returned to us and a full refund will be provided, so long as the product is in the same retailable condition it was sent in and in the original packaging.
The time limit for this is 14 days after the product was received.

Getting the product back to us

It is better to call or email our staff to arrange collection. However, you may also return the items yourself with the order details enclosed and a note to let us know you would like a refund.
If the reason for needing to return the item is our fault, return postage will be refunded to you. However, if you are simply changing your mind as per your rights (consumer contracts regulations), then the return postage will be at your expense.

When to expect your refund

We will usually process the returns within 48 hours of receiving them. If they are in their original packaging and are retailable, your refund will be processed at that point. Please allow up to 3 working days in addition to our processing time for the money to land in your bank account.
